Brussels & Europe Liberal Democrats are proud to host a lunchtime discussion with Norman Baker MP, Liberal Democrat minister for transport in the UK's coalition government.
Norman's ministerial responsibilities include local and regional transport and policy on buses and cycling. MP for Lewes since 1997, he has long campaigned for better and greener public transport. Before joining the government, Norman established a reputation as one of the most dogged and persistent parliamentary interrogators the modern House of Commons has known, being named 'Inquisitor of the Year' and 'Opposition MP of the Year'.
